Nominations for four seats on the Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors are accepted each year.  Directors serve a three-year term and are seated at the first Board meeting following the Annual Dinner.  Voting ballots are mailed to the general membership in early March.

The Board is compromised of twelve community-minded individuals, typically business affiliates, who are interested in the growth and economic well being of Cass City.

Directors are expected to contribute to the overall promotion and success of the Cass City Chamber of Commerce through meeting attendance, planning committee involvement, and event support.
